A Note from the owner.

Charter House has saved our sellers over $2 million dollars in commission over the past 2 years compared to 6% and we are proud of this fact!

This means we take less commission than others while still providing full service.

While we might seem seller focused, the long term success of our business depends on BUYERS allowing us to help them buy homes!

You do not have to buy with us to sell your home, BUT, if you do plan to buy a home, we would greatly appreciate you allowing us to help you do that. We simply make more money helping buyers and those deals are needed to keep our doors open for years to come!

If you appreciate what we do on the selling side, help keep us around by buying a home through us or telling a friend about us that is looking to buy a home. Thanks!

As someone who’s passionate about finding a good deal, Nicole immediately loved the Charter House model because why should selling your home be any different? She wanted a place she could work where she could help people save their hard-earned equity. Married to a man with a lot of construction experience, together they have designed and built several homes. Selling them on her own before acquiring a real estate license (because she wasn’t willing to give up the standard 6-7% to a realtor) has given her first-hand knowledge of how complex the buying and selling process can be. Her past work experience includes 4 years at Principal as an Actuarial Analyst, a few years staying home with babies, then Cornerstone Family Church as Communications Director. Her rare combination of design and home-building experience, a degree in math, and desire to help people makes Nicole the go-to source for all your real estate needs. Keep that hard-earned equity AND get full service real estate… now that’s a deal you shouldn’t walk away from! In her free time, Nicole enjoys anything outdoors with her husband and two boys, family movie nights, running, and reading.
